Kai - 2 Month Checkup

Kai had his two month checkup this morning. He was a real trooper through the three shots he had to get. And I didn't even cry this time. Usually I cry more than the baby does when they get shots! Kai is very "healthy" looking according to Dr. Jenkins. She did prescribe him Prevacid for reflux. She said to give it to him for a week to see if there are any improvements with the pain he seems to get during and after he eats.

Weight: 13 pounds 13 ounces (78%)
Height: 24 inches (80%)

He goes back when he is 4 months old for his next checkup.

My Gift from Blake

Tonight Blake came back from his dads with a present for me. He won it with his tickets/points at Dave and Busters. He said he spent most of his winnings on me! He is such a sweet boy. It's a beautiful necklace! I just have to figure out the best occasion to wear it. The wheel part even spins!!!

We just got back our family pictures. They look pretty good, so I'm posting them on this blog so we can show the boys off to everyone. This is Kai's first professional picture. He's 8 weeks old now. Drew is 2 years old. And Blake will be 9 on Jan.2.

Trick or Treat

On Friday night, Blake and Drew went trick or treating in our neighborhood. Blake was the white power ranger and Drew was Elmo. Kai helped pass out candy. He was a cow.
